Delivery Information

Delivery will only be available for the Northern Ireland region. Not all products will be available for home delivery. This may be due to bulky size or hazardous product limitations.

We will deliver the goods using trusted delivery firms such as Royal Mail or Parcelforce. Confirmation of courier will be sent in Email along with tracking information where applicable.

Please respect the social distance of the couriers who deliver the goods.

Click and Collect information

Our centrally located Newry store provides a Click & Collect service with safe contactless collection in store through the Website:

Select the item/items you wish to order. Once you submit the order then a staff member will provide confirmation of when the order can be completed.

If the item/items need to be ordered in, then it can take 2 to 3 days or longer for specialist items before the order becomes available for collection. Only when all the items are available for collection will the order become available for pickup.

Please wait for confirmation in email that the order is ready for pickup before travelling to collect your items. To avoid queuing up at the Tills and keep social distance, just go straight to our dedicated collection door and press the buzzer.

Ideally show the staff member a copy of the order email confirming pickup to speed up collection.

Also check our opening times before coming in to collect your order, this can be easily found on our website or in the confirmation email.

If the order hasn’t been collected after 7 Days then the items are put back into stock and you will have to contact us to process a refund.

 

Cancellations before order is sent

It is not possible to amend or cancel orders placed for standard delivery unless there is a long lead time for the item/s to be sent out for delivery and the order has not be actioned for delivery. Please contact our staff to determine if order can be cancelled.

Returns

Products can only be returned if defective. The returns can be brought into store and the problem discussed with our staff or returned to us by courier and once the product is examined and verified to be defective then the product and redelivery costs will be reimbursed. Please note that defective goods must be returned within 14 days.

Returns Checklist:

  • Contact us before return.
  • We can only take back products if the original wrapping has not been removed or the item is found to be faulty.
  • Returned goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so please pack with care. All goods are inspected upon return.

  • We recommend you obtain proof of postage.

  • When returning items, please include paperwork received with your order, return reason and a contact phone number.
